Here's the situation
The owners of 1007 East Avenue, Mantoloking selected us to market their home after an unsuccessful experience with another broker.

They were attentive to every detail - accompanying every showing, and conducting innumerable open houses. They also used their local knowledge, and their personal relationship with the local tax assessor, to our advantage. Last but not least, their use of technology was especially helpful - electronic signing via DocuSign, online marketing reports, and periodic updates regarding beachfront real estate activity and other information relevant to oceanfront property owners.
Their advice to other sellers...
Do not let your home sit on the market too long - either reduce your price, or take it off the market. Often, but not always, your first offer is your best offer. Listen to your realtors.
