Brielle Market Update - September 2024
We hope that your summer finished up well, and that your fall, and possibly your school year, are off to a good start! The Brielle market remains healthy, but August was a quieter month here - no closings in town, only two properties went under contract, and there was only one new listing. Having said that, we have a strong inventory (15 homes in August), and overall, the average days on market remains low - less than 50 days on the market, as does the absorption rate (or supply) - 3.6 months.
