We hope that you're looking forward to Spring!  February was an active month here in Brielle - 5 new listings, 11 active listings, 4 closings, and 4 properties went under contract.  The months of supply held nearly steady at 2.9, and days on market at 17.8.  All in all, this is a very healthy market for this time of year. Traditionally, buyers and sellers often like to make a move over the summer, so spring is often a good time to bring your home to market, whether you are moving from Brielle or the surrounding area, or to Brielle and nearby towns, from somewhere else.
