Brielle Market Update - March 2023
The spring market has started here in Brielle. Are you thinking of buying or selling this season? Perhaps contemplating a move over the summer?
Knowing the most important data such as the average sales price, number of homes sold, and days on market will better prepare you to sell your home, or simply to stay informed about your neighborhood.
At the moment, inventory remains low, and we are seeing some price reductions, which we were not seeing a few months ago. There are a number of homes in town that have had one or more price reductions, and also, we are seeing lots of home open signs - and yet some of these homes remain on the market. Other homes, when properly priced and marketed, have sold rather quickly. Months of supply (inventory) is down to 1.75, and average days on market are up to 116. The spring market has definitely started, especially with the recent improvement in weather (in spite of the recent storms)!
