Brielle Market Update - August 2023
In the month of July, there were 3 closings in Brielle, and 4 new listings. One property also went under contract.
Average days on market (9) went down just a bit from the previous month.
Months of supply has held steady at 2 months (the number of months required for available inventory to be sell).
Inventory remains limited, and nearly all of the above numbers are far lower than they were for the month of July 2022 (many are roughly half what they were last year).
Having said that, whether buying or selling, the market is still active and healthy!
When properly priced and marketed, homes continue to sell quite readily.
