Events right now are relatively few and far between, but just a few months away is the Seaweeders’ Garden Tour, Boutique, and Luncheon. It will be held on June 16th from 10am to 3pm. Please contact (631) 786-783 for details, or ask a Seaweeder!
Meetings
Many meetings remain online, while others are also in person – the best source of information right now is the town websites – check for frequent updates and changes. Bay Head and Mantoloking both offer “dial-in” options for the public to attend many of their meetings. Zoom connections are also offered, and the details are generally shared with the meeting notices.

Market
The market remains active, but inventory remains limited. Most homes coming on the market are selling quite quickly. National Association of Realtors statistics show that
“79% of homes sold in January 2022 were on the market for less than a month.”
Recently two homes in Bay Head went under contract quite quickly – one in a weekend – Friday to Monday – the other in about 13 days.
At the moment there are 7 homes for sale in Bay Head and Mantoloking combined. Currently there are 7 homes under contract in Bay Head and Mantoloking. Happily, a number of these transactions are our listings or sales, and many of the others involve agents in our office or company. There have been 3 closings in the last 30 days in the two towns combined. One closing was of our listing at 202 Park Avenue, and the other two were listed and/or sold by agents in our office and company.
