Inventory remains limited in Bay Head and Mantoloking - there were 4 closings in the two towns combined last month, and there are 6 new listings to replace them. Most of the activity is below $2,000,000, but two of the closings were on East Avenue, in the $4,000,000s. Just a few days ago, our listing at 134 Bridge Avenue closed at a price of $2,035,000. Some listings are selling quickly, but, at the higher end of the market, there is less activity, with only a few exceptions.
