Inventory has increased ever so slightly in Bay Head (5) and Mantoloking (10) - but inventory is still far below normal levels. New listings are roughly keeping pace with sales - eg - one home goes under contract or closes, one comes on the market to replace it. Having said that, in June, there were only 4 closings in Bay Head, and none in Mantoloking. Some listings are selling quickly, but, at the higher end of the market, there is less activity, with only a few exceptions.
