Brielle Market Update - September 2025
We hope that you had a great summer!
The Brielle market has remained quite active throughout the summer months! In August, there were 6 closings, and 4 properties under contract. As of the end of the month, there were 16 active listings, and September is off to a good start too! Average days on market (14) and supply (2.8 months - how quickly the available inventory is predicted to sell), remain low, meaning that homes on average are selling quickly! Currently, there are homes on the market throughout town, at almost every price point. The average sale price for last month was $1,256.415.
Prices remain healthy, with homes selling on average for at or over asking price (99.7% of original list price). The best way to ensure a high sale price, and perhaps a multiple offer situation is to price your home correctly from the start! We continue to see multiple offer situations in many of the markets that we serve.
