We hope that your summer finished up well, and that your fall is off to a good start!  Though most of Brielle's statistics for August 2023 vs August 2022 are lower (sometimes as much as half), the market remains quite active.  Inventory is still limited, but homes are for the most part selling rapidly - 7 is the average days on market - and in some cases, homes are selling for over asking price. Prices remain healthy, but the lack of inventory, and the recently increased interest rates are certainly a factor. In August, there were 2 new listings in Brielle, 3 closings, and 6 homes under contract.  The inventory of active listings for August was just 8 - far less than the inventory of 20 or so in August 2023.

When properly priced and marketed, homes continue to sell quite readily.
