Brielle Market Update - October 2023
The fall real estate market in Brielle remains healthy, but for the most part, the statistics have not changed remarkably from August to September. The most notable change is that the average days on market increased from 7 to 54. The numbers of new, active, under contract, and closed listings remain about the same. Average sale price is up to $1,218,000, but that of course depends on what happens to sell within a given time period.
When properly priced and marketed, homes continue to sell quite readily.
