Brielle Market Update - November 2025

Average days on market (82) and supply (3.4 months - how quickly the available inventory is predicted to sell), are both up from September, meaning that homes are remaining on the market longer, on average, and overall taking longer to sell. Inventory remains strong, with 19 homes active on the market, with 11 of them being new listings. The average sale price for last month was $1,238,375.
Prices remain healthy, with homes selling on average for 92.7% of original list price - but note that this is down from September's high of 99.7%. The best way to ensure a high sale price, and perhaps a multiple offer situation is to price your home correctly from the start! We continue to see multiple offer situations in many of the markets that we serve.
