Brielle Market Update - May 2024
The Brielle market has remained active through April, and into May! In April, there were 6 new listings, 4 closings, and 6 properties went under contract. Having said that, average days on the market is up again from 31, to 41, and the list to sale price ratio has stayed level at approximately 94%. Due to the fact that inventory is still relatively low, it does not take many transactions to cause a dramatic change in statistics, so please keep that in mind.
