Brielle Market Update - May 2023
In the month of April, there were 5 closings in Brielle, and 5 new listings. A number of properties also went under contract.
Having said that, total inventory is down somewhat from last month. As a result, months of supply has decreased (the number of months required for available inventory to be sell), but average days on market has increased somewhat to 22 (though far lower than the average of 55 days on market in April 2022!).
Overall, the real estate market in Brielle remains robust despite some minor changes in the past month. As realtors, we believe that it is still an excellent time for both buyers and sellers to get involved in the market. With low inventory, high demand, and reasonable mortgage rates, it's an ideal time for sellers to list their homes, while buyers can still take advantage of fair mortgage rates to purchase their dream homes.
When properly priced and marketed, homes continue to sell quite readily.
