Brielle Market Update - June 2025

May was a good month for the Brielle real estate market! There were 8 new listings, 7 properties under contract, and 9 closings. Overall, the average days on market went down from 38 to 35, and the "supply" or absorption rate went down to 1.6 months - in short, homes were selling faster than the month before.
Prices remain healthy, with homes selling on average for at or over asking price. The best way to ensure a high sale price, and perhaps a multiple offer situation is to price your home correctly from the start!
