Brielle Market Update - July 2023
In the month of June, there were 7 closings in Brielle, and 7 new listings. Four properties also went under contract.
Average days on market (11) went down quite a bit, from 76 days the previous month.
Months of supply has increased to 2 months (the number of months required for available inventory to be sell).
Inventory remains limited, and nearly all of the above numbers are far lower than they were for the month of June 2022 (many are roughly have what they were last year).
Having said that, whether buying or selling, the market is still active and healthy!
When properly priced and marketed, homes continue to sell quite readily.
