All remains well and busy in the Brielle real estate market, and inventory has increased somewhat since our last update.  At the time that this was written, there were 7 homes on the market in Brielle, and 7 under contract.  The current inventory (active and pending single family homes) is priced between $890,000 and $2,425,000.  At the moment, average days on market is down dramatically, to 18.  

When properly priced and marketed, homes continue to sell quite readily.
