Spring is finally here, and the Brielle market in March reflects that!  There were 9 new listings, 5 closings, and 5 properties went under contract.  Having said that, average days on the market is up a bit, to 31, and the list to sale price ratio is down by approximately 10%, to 94.9%.  Due to the fact that inventory is still relatively low, it does not take many transactions to cause a dramatic change in statistics, so please keep that in mind.
