Bay Head & Mantoloking Market Update - May 2025
With Memorial Day only days away, we had a good month in April and May is off to a good start as well! We are still seeing more activity at lower price points, rather than at the top end of the market, however, our oceanfront and bayfront listings continue to receive showings, and have both received recent offers. As a result, average days on market and inventory are both up in some segments of the market. We continue to see multiple offers and over asking sale prices for many properties. Our vacant land listing 88 Osborne Avenue received multiple offers, and closed $100,000 over asking price.
We also have two new listings to share, both in the heart of Bay Head - 50 Bridge Avenue is slightly east of the center of town (close to the beach), and 400 West Lake Avenue is slightly west of the center of town (but also an easy walk to the beach and town!).
